I believe you'll find some tests under
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/cxf/branches/2.2.x-fixes/systests/src/test/java/org/apache/cxf/systest/ws/

Those tests tried to cover as much of the functionality illustrated in the 
demos under
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/cxf/branches/2.2.x-fixes/distribution/src/main/release/samples/ws_security/interopfest

Also as far as I know the jaxse:endpoint is for the web service provider only.
