I actually think it's 2.1.12. I know the branch is now on 2.1.12, but I cannot remember if I did that before or after 2.2.3 was released. In anycase, we're using 2.1.12 now for JAXB. We were on 2.1.9 for a while, but had problems with .10 and .11 so skipped them and went to 2.1.12. For XMLBeans, we're using 2.4.0 in the latest releases.
