Karaf JAX-RS bundle active - but inaccessible

When accessing the rest url , is it suppose to print the xml on the 
browser ?
I tried localhost:8181/services/membership and many more variants, but 
doesn't show up on browser.

How do I access the data via browser, just for test .

Any help is appreciated
