While you're awaiting your answer (I don't know personally), you might consider using Maven to build your web service project: http://www.jroller.com/gmazza/entry/java_first_web_service

You can still import your code into Eclipse and program from there (the tutorial above describes importing), but just keep the building/configuration within Maven pom files.
