the log for URL-2 shows that the request flows directly to the service
implementations by skipping the authentication code..
It's nothing to do with HTTPS, most likely it is to do with the request
from HTTPS going via the chain which does not see the interceptors due
to some configuration issues - can you attach a test project that can
help us to check the issue - not really possible to advise anything
specific otherwise
