Since CXF no longer supports Java5, they aren't needed. jdom would only be needed if you are using any of the JDOM things in Aegis, and bcprov is also only needed if you are using some of the algorithms and things they provide that aren't already in the JDK. Thus, other than cxf-rt-rs-security-sso-saml, are you sure you need them all?
