Hello there,
I'm working with async requests and I tried to regenerate the code
starting from CXF 2.7.2
sample jaxws_async. If I take both hello_world_async.wsdl and
async_binding.xml and
run:
wsdl2java -all -verbose -b async_binding.xml hello_world_async.wsdl
I guess because you're using the -all option (which might generate
additional artifacts not supported/relevant for async.) Here's the
wsdl2java settings used by that very sample, if you use the same
commands, you should get the same from the command line wsdl2java tool:
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/cxf/trunk/distribution/src/main/release/samples/jaxws_async/pom.xml?revision=1430865&view=markup#l54
the generated code is very different from the one provided by the
sample itself, moreover
the async call is not invoked at all (even the comment inside the code
says 'not called')
Please check this article:

starting with the "Notably although the client..." sentence.

Any suggestions?
Many thanks in advance,
Matteo
