Are you using the cxf feature file for karaf?
At the end of the list I see the dosgi bundles which might indicate you
are using the dosgi multibundle distro.
The cxf features are definately the better options as they are better
tested.
Apart from that I currently have no idea. It would be ideal if you could
create a project that shows the problem and upload it on github or
similar. So we can directly test and debug ourself.
