As ws-policy engine is enabled by default in cxf-2.7.6, which is being used
by camel-2.12.0 & already you have some homegrown security & policy handling
mechanism in-place, the easies option is to disable policy feature on
cxf-camel endpoint.
How about specifying the feature
on CXF bus :
<cxf:bus>
<cxf:features>
<p:policies enabled="false" />
</cxf:features>
</cxf:bus>
or on CXF Endpoint :
<cxf:cxfEndpoint>
<cxf:features>
<p:policies enabled="false" />
</cxf:features>
</cxf:cxfEndpoint>
having *xmlns:p="http://cxf.apache.org/policy"*
