CXF Version is 2.7.16 Spring version is 4.2.6
In my beans.xml file, which is used for configuration, I am using code exactly similar to this (with change in class names etc) https://github.com/apache/cxf/blob/master/distribution/src/main/release/samples/jax_rs/sse_tomcat/src/main/resources/WEB-INF/applicationContext.xml But on the first line of javax:server declaration, it is giving error that failed to read the schema document.
