Yes, you can activate org.apache.cxf.validation.BeanValidationFeature for 
dedicated endpoint / client only.

I want to have jax-rs beanvalidation in use generally, but to disable it

for one given jax-rs client (a rotten backend service that i call) - is

this possible? For instance by passing a property to the

JaxRsClientFactoryBean?
