Separator is a delimiter. It is just a property on a xs:sequence, not an 
xs:element.

We should at least add a "see also..." to that section to clarify.

In the DFDL specification Table 15 is labeled: Properties for Specifying 
Delimiters



In that table it describes initiators and terminators. Not separators.



Does that mean a separator is not a delimiter?
