Right now, this email list is probably the right one. For bugs with CUI/FOUO formats, Tresys also provides a support email list [email protected] which is not publicly archived like the apache lists are.
Though one can ideally search our JIRA first to see if the bug, or a closely related one (worth mentioning) is already there. But I know that never works too well, hard to know what search to do, etc. I have seldom found related tickets when I've done that with other software I use.
