Need to replace spaces in a regex with %SP; ?

Hi Folks,

I have a regex with a value containing a string:

dfdl:lengthPattern="YOUR EYES ONLY|DRILL|BLUE"/>

Do the spaces in YOUR EYES ONLY need to be changed to %SP;? I.e.,

dfdl:lengthPattern="YOUR%SP;EYES%SP;ONLY|DRILL|BLUE"/>
