[dba-users] Should Numeric and Decimal types work in Base yet?

Using the 79 dev build, I used Numeric and Decimal types in Base. I 
noticed that setting a precision (Length) has pretty much no affect. I 
assume that this is related to the following issue:

If I set a Numeric or Decimal field to support a precision of 30, should 
it support a precision of 30?

I assume that these two types, which are the same type in HSQLDB (I 
think), are just not working yet in OOo and that I should not bother to 
create a bug report because these will probably be fixed by issue 38885.
