Does the solution described in issue 78988 help? In the course of this
issue, a (hidden, so far) per-ODB setting was introduced which controls
how date values are described in SQL statements, exactly because of the
problem you describe. The new setting can be modified with a 3-line
Basic macro. Please try this out, and tell us if it solves your problem.
