*/Important: The survey will close on 23rd of September!/*

Free and Open source software (F/OSS) usability has been an outstanding issue for a long time. In the last two years significant progress has been done in this domain. One of the tOSSad project's goals is to integrate current research activities in Europe in the field of usability. An important factor for achieving this goal is how much the results of usability tests and surveys support today’s technological and sociological needs.

We prepared a three part survey to analyse the current status of the usability of F/OSS that will serve for future enhancements and recommendations to be made in this area. For this purpose, we need your input which will directly contribute to the future development of F/OSS.

It will take you up to 15 minutes to answer all survey questions. The survey consists of the three parts: *Firefox questions, OpenOffice.org questions and Linux questions*. After you click submit in each survey, you will be directed to the next survey. If you want to skip one part please click on "Cancel".

Note that your participation will be completely anonymous.
