Das Problem ist, dass sowohl das HowTo als auch die Hilfe in diesem
Punkt noch auf Stand 1.x sind und du anscheinend 2.0 verwendest. Die
Hilfe wird aber mit der 2.0.1 so einige Korrekturen erfahren.
Aber zum Problem:
du musst eine neue Datenbank anlegen (Datei - Neu - Datenbank) .. im
Asitenten erstellst du dann wirklich eine neue Datenbank, gibst als
Verbindungstyp ODBC an und kannst eine ODBC-Verbindung zu deiner
Access-DB einrichten. Am Ende des Assistenten unbedingt sagen, dass du
die Datenquelle registrieren willst.

Would you be so nice and tell me how to find the above mentione menu item, in
order to continue with the manuel or could you tell how to import access files
with all --> tables, querries, forms, makros (respectively the makros i've
written in vba), and reports!!
Mehr als auf die Daten zugreifen wirst du aber nicht können. Es ist
nicht möglich, alle elemente (Reports, Formulare und VBA-Code) direkt in
OOo zu öffnen. Eine entsprechende Konvertierung ist extrem komplex und
noch nicht möglich.
