Ich vermute, dass in deiner Windows Registry ein kleiner Kobold sitzt. Lege mal testhalber ein neues Windows-Benutzerkonto an. Da sollte es dann gehen, wenn nicht, dann sind wohl sogar die globalen Einstellungen betroffen.
