The connection could not be established. The database was created by a newer version of OpenOffice.org. And could not work with it in OOo 3.2.x or on other linux and windows versions of OOo. Rename your file extension to zip, open /database/properties and in 10th row: version=1.8.1 change to 1.8.0 value. Then you can work with any other versions of OOo 3.2.x.
