Hi again. Is there a way to run the server without running the IzPack
installer? I don't have direct monitor access to the machine that this

Ok.
You will have to save your server.xml file, and all the content of
var/partitions directory. Reinstall the latest build, and restore the
partitions, and the server.xml file.
It should be ok.
