I just fixed this the issues with the dump command in the 1.5.x branch (the ads trunk). You can checkout and build the trunk now if you like. However just for your convenience I built it for you and dropped a copy of the 1.5.1-SNAPSHOT build into my home directory here for you to test:

Markus do you have a apacheds-schema-registries-1.5.0.jar in your lib directory of the installation home for ADS? This is the jar that contains the SchemaLoader class that seems to be having issues. Also check and see if the problem exists even if you try to dump the system partition. I want to single out a few things.
