Thanks Emmanuel, I will switch to using nanoTime() for measurements. The performance numbers you quote would far exceed my needs. I need basic fast reads with occasional small writes.
Is concurrency issue a problem on partition scope, DN scope, is there any scope to previous discussion of issues with reading / writing.
