I am having a problem with Apache Directory Studio. I am attempting to install it in an already-existing Eclipse Luna installation using the http://directory.apache.org/studio/update/2.x update site. It installs successfully, but after restarting, the LDAP perspective is not shown on the list of available perspectives. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times and starting with a fresh Eclipse installation, but I can't seem to get it to work. I am running Oracle Java 1.8.0_20 x86_64 on a Linux system. Does anyone know what might be going on?
