May be adding a try...catch around the cursor.get() could help bypass
the bad entry, and process the following entries. The pb here is an
incorrect entry can't be deserialized.
Something like :
...
Tuple<String, Entry> t = null
try
{
t = cursor.get();
}
catch ( Exception e )
{
e.printStackTrace();
continue;
}
...
on line 155.
