It works! Here's what I did: 1. Install JDK 1.8.0_71 2. Use Apache Directory Server version 2.0.0-M21 3. Use the latest build of Apache Directory Studio, which I downloaded from Jenkins 4. Use more than 768 bit encryption in my certificate 5. Use forward-slashes instead of back-slashes in the keystore path setting in Apache Directory Studio
