org.apache.kerby artifacts are not in Google Maven Central Mirror

Hi all,

I can not find "org.apache.kerby:kerb-simplekdc:jar:1.0.0-RC2" with
the following Maven settings:

  <mirrors>
    <mirror>
      <id>google-maven-central</id>
      <name>Google Maven Central</name>
     <url>https://maven-central.storage.googleapis.com</url>
      <mirrorOf>central</mirrorOf>
    </mirror>
  </mirrors>

Is the Google mirror out of date?
