Hello Emmanuel, I have tried Redhat java-1.8.0-openjdk-1.8.0.275-1 and Oracle jre1.8.0_202 but the problem remained.
Now I was think that probably the Windows 2016 platform had to do with it, so I changed the user of the service to an local administrator account instead of using the Local System Account and now the service starts. The problem seems to be caused by the Local System Account.
