I guess you could use
https://hub.docker.com/r/apachedirectory/apacheds-for-apache-fortress-tests,
which is a year old but is relevant.
Otherwise, you have 131 images available on
https://hub.docker.com/search?q=apacheds&type=image, some which have
been pushed as recently as 4h ago.
It would be a good idea for us to propose an official DockerFile though...
