not sure to be able to answer your vague question. Let me repharse it:
- You are using a LDAP server, like OpenLDAP, and access it through
Apache Directory Studio: you need to set the password in OpenLDAP (or
whatever LDAP server you connect to)
- You are using Apacvhe Directory Studio embedded Apache Directory
Server: same thing: you need to change the password in the internal
instance, which can be done by connecting with the uid=admin,ou=system
user, browse the LDAP DIT, and update the userPassword attribute for the
entry uid=admin,ou=system entry
