[dpdk-users] Finistar SFP+ modules do not work with Intel X710-DA4 NIC card

Hi All,

I have an Intel 10G quad-port NIC card - X710-DA4.

If I plug in Intel SFP+ modules, DPDK works.
But if I plug in Finistar SFP+ modules, DPDK does not work - for testpmd,
links are always down.

Here are the part numbers of the Intel and Finistar modules

Intel AFBR-703SDZ-IN2
Finistar FTLX8571D3BCL

I am using DPDK 2.2.0.

Does anybody have the same problem. More importantly does anybody have a
solution?
