[dpdk-users] Disable RDRAND and other valgrind-unfriendly instruciton with meson

Hi all,

How can I disable RDRAND and the others instructions that Valgrind does 
not support (if someone has a list) with the meson build system? I knew 
how with the make system but I did not manage with meson.
