Question on the usage of rte_flow and rte_table APIs to classify fastpath packets

Hi,
I have a general question on usage of rte_flow and rte_table APIs to classify 
and validate the Fast Path packets. Can both the libraries be interchangeably 
used for the need? Or is one preferred over the other?
