java jdk8 ipv6 problem

I noticed openjdk8 is built with the same

MAKE_ENV+=      DONT_ENABLE_IPV6="YES"

flag, but is broken.  I'm going to try to remove the flag, rebuild and test

Will report back in a day or so.....
