Thanks for updating. I did test iwm.4 and urtwn.4. It did work before your wifi update, thanks to Imres recent wifi/iwm update. After your wifi update it still works, ifm without problems. urtwn I first found not working, this was due to I forgot to insert usb adapter ;) after inserting it attached and worked. But booting with urtwn usb adapter in computer it doesn't attach. Removing/inserting it makes it attach. For all tests I load wifi kernel modules from loader. I only tested 11g. It seems like urtwn now has 11n support, also it seems like it now has hostap support. iwm still doesn't have hostap support according to ifconfig list caps. -thomas - dmesg - during boot urtwn0: could not read efuse byte at address 0x13 urtwn0: urtwn_efuse_read: error while reading ROM urtwn0: urtwn_attach: cannot read rom, error 60 device_probe_and_attach: urtwn0 attach returned 6 - .. inserting adapter urtwn0: <vendor 0x0bda product 0x8178, class 0/0, rev 2.00/2.00, addr 4> on usbus0 urtwn0: MAC/BB RTL8192CU, RF 6052 2T2R urtwn0: enabling 11n
