libressl and ports

Hello!

Is it possible to build ports with base LibreSSL? I remove dports's
libresslI and tried to build x11-servers/xorg-server and it's failed 'cause
openssl is not installed.
My make.conf is:
DEFAULT_VERSIONS+=ssl=base
