No, DragonFly doesn't have support for these modern cellular modems yet. OpenBSD has a driver called "umb" which supports many recent cellular modems connected via USB. It seems like the Huawei MU736 is actually a USB device despite using the M.2 slot, so there is a reasonable chance for the OpenBSD driver to work.
In the long run, there is a good chance that that driver will end up being ported from OpenBSD to all the other BSDs, since it is quite generic driver (most recent cellular modems support the MBIM protocol that is used by OpenBSD's "umb" driver).
