Unfortunately we don't have the resources to support builds w/ custom
options. If you feel like fixing it yourself, patches are welcome.
If you are not familiar with DeltaPorts you can send patches to DPorts
directly (https://github.com/DragonFlyBSD/DPorts/pulls) and we'll
adapt them.

With standard configuration the compilation works as usual.
Probably the Makefile of print/texinfo has to be changed to take
into account, if NLS
is disabled.
