Yes, this is specifically about matching dependencies and embedding them
into the resulting bundle JAR file...it is not intended to explode them
into the resulting bundle, but to embed them, since people wanted this
type of behavior from the old plugin.

Reading that, it appears to be more about embedding jar
resources directly into the bundle instead of exploding them
inside the bundle right? Or is it implied that it would pull
the dependencies from the pom and include them as jar files
in the bundle?
