As far as I know we haven't created such artifact, but I think that
OSGi Alliance created them. Finally, IMHO the license is EPL.
The OSGi code is released under the Apache software license...I don't
know anything about the specific artifacts you are mentioning.
In reality, I am not sure why you are worried about finding "vendor
neutral" sources for these artifacts, since it really doesn't make much
difference. It would probably be easier for you to use the version that
we publish at Felix since I am pretty certain they are packaged
correctly with proper notices. There is nothing that makes them tied to
Felix, we are only the packager of them.
The whole point of OSGi is to specify what you need and not worry about
who it comes from.
