I've submitted a patch to FELIX-1847 [1] For us the resolution of the issue (at least in the subversion trunk) is quite essential as none of the work a rounds can be applied, without the patch we cannot do multi-module builds, and adding the Service-Component directive to the config (in the parent) is not an option as the non scr project will then fail.
