Great news! The deadlock is gone. Thanks so much.
I had to made some changes, this version does not seem to support the old
properties like
<property name="osgi.remote.configuration.type" value="pojo"/>
only
<property name="service.exported.configs"
value="org.apache.cxf.ws"/>
but my test app works fine now.

Could you try one more thing...
Take the latest 1.2 snapshot build instead and see if that has the
same problem. You can get it from here:
