Daoud, I started from mvn:org.apache.activemq/activemq-karaf/5.3.1/xml/features but then made my own activemq feature file where I standardised on one version of Spring (2.5.6.SEC01). I also wanted to refer to the correct version of Karaf which I believe was hardcoded in the feature file that comes with ActiveMQ.
