Did you look at what OSGi actually is ? No offense here. Bundles don't connect, they are (final granular) system components inside a single JVM.
Services however (a layer on top of the Bundle-Layer) can be published and consumed to other systems (outside the framework). This is what i specified as "Remote Services" in the Specification. There are some compendium specification services (Remote Services, UPnP, Config Admin) that i could throw your "i want to specify an athentification protocol based on the wifi wps" at but still a litte confused what you really want. ;) Please clarify.
