Hi, Unfortunately, the main-distribution is not available, as it was 'rejected' from the release. So, the distribution will probably be re-released soon.
If you really need a distribution, just use http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/felix/org.apache.felix.main.distri bution/3.0.8/ and update the bin/felix.jar bundle with the 3.0.9 framework (http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/felix/org.apache.felix.framework/ 3.0.9/).
