If I go to the "site" URL, is seems to be out of date, but no indication that it is. Looks like https://felix.apache.org/site/index.html is the deprecated website and you can reach it from the new site, but if someone hits up an old link to the old site, there doesn't seem to be any indication that it is the old site.
I was pulling my hair out initially trying to figure out why I couldn't find the latest downloads when I tried to bring up the page. Turns out I was accessing an old site.
