Hi, for me the changes in my code were zero.
I think in the end you only need to replace your felix.jar file and clean the cache folder, but I would recommend that you replace all the other files for the new ones and install your bundles again.
Anyway, you should have no major issues when updating to verion 5. Just download it and try it, nothing beats that.
