I use scala with OSGI. There is a scala tutorial out there that works with the akka-osgi bundle. http://doc.akka.io/docs/akka/snapshot/additional/osgi.html I use the maven-bundle-plugin to build my projects that have both java and scala code in them. For the old scala libraries I used the servicemix version but the new versions work with osgi.
