ECF 3.13.0 has recently been released [1].
A number of the new things in this release were done or directly
inspired by the technical discussion on this list [2], including
A) a simplified approach to creating custom distribution providers along
with new tutorial [3]
B) documentation for existing distribution providers [4].
C) installation into Karaf via maven [5]
D) Additional tooling for testing and debugging remote services
E) Remote Services for monitoring and managing frameworks(e.g. bundles,
services, DS/SCR, Wiring, RSA, etc).
