Hi people

Just wanted to add that the Windows Firewall is blocking the documentation
in IntelliJ. I just tried disabling it, and the documentation is working
perfectly. Now I have to find a "rule" to add to the firewall so I can
re-enable it.

Thanks to everyone for your effort and help.
